Handshaker is for people who need to find clients, partners, or someone who can make an introduction. It brings Google contacts, business cards, and spreadsheets—and LinkedIn and Facebook via Chrome on a computer—into one contact library, then finds who to contact first from a single sentence.
You can start free, with no card required. Free includes 1 business identity, 3 AI Network Advisor uses a month, and 1 Network Radar. Pro is NT$199/month and Max is NT$599/month, tax included.
Handshaker is operated by Blackshiba Consulting Company Limited. We built it because people you added on LinkedIn, or kept on business cards, are hard to recall when you need them.
Yes. Import your own contacts first, then use the contact library, AI Network Advisor, and Network Radar. Connections and Groups widen the search—they are not required to start.
No. Others can only search the contact summaries you agree to share. Email, phone numbers, and private notes are never shared.
A connection connection is two-way between two people. A group is a shared search range that several people join. Both require consent before they are created.
A search counts only when it finds someone. If no matching person is found, it does not use your monthly quota.
When a group has 5 qualifying members, Pro is NT$149 per person per month. After a new connection completes their first payment through your invite, you get NT$99 on your next billing month. If both offers apply, the lower price is used automatically.

You can sign up and import Google contacts, cards, or a spreadsheet first. LinkedIn needs the Chrome extension, which this browser cannot install. Open Chrome to sync. Facebook sync is paused.

Not by default. Only after you connect, or join a group and agree to share, can others search public summaries within the agreed scope. Contact details are never shared automatically. Access ends as soon as you disconnect or leave the group.

You may cancel auto-renewal anytime in the Web App. After cancellation you keep paid features until the current period ends; the next period is not charged and the account returns to Free. Paid plans activate immediately after payment. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law, in cases of duplicate charges or system error, or where we individually agree. See the Terms of Service for full details.
This is digital content and an online service provided immediately after payment. With your prior consent, the 7-day withdrawal right under Article 19 of Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act does not apply (Article 2 of the distance-selling exception regulations). Once a paid plan is activated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
No. Handshaker is a digital subscription. There is no physical shipping or shipping fee. Pro or Max access is enabled in your account as soon as payment succeeds.
Four scopes: Searchable contacts (your library, Connections' contacts, and qualifying Group contacts); My contact library; Connections' contacts; and Group contacts. Switch anytime.
A private group where members share searchable contact summaries—not a chat room, and not a copy of anyone’s full library. Shared fields are name, company, title, industry, region, and public professional summary. Email, phone, notes, and tags are not shared.
Discover is for browsing public members and public groups you do not already know. It is not the AI Network Advisor, and it does not search your searchable contacts.
Only contact information visible on the page you sync—such as name, company, title, and public links—to build your Handshaker records.
Your relationship data is used only to power Handshaker for you. We do not sell it to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
No. The extension reads the current tab only when you tap “Start sync.” It never runs silently in the background or access your social passwords.
No. Disconnecting only removes mutual search access. Your private records in your library are unchanged.
Save a search as an ongoing watch. You get notified when a matching contact appears in a scope you can see. The AI Network Advisor finds people now; Radar keeps watching later. You can share only one active Radar at a time with connections and shared Groups.
They must join through your invite, complete a connection handshake, and make their first Pro or Max payment. They get the discount in month one (Pro NT$99, Max NT$499); you get it on your next billing month. Each new paying connection earns one discount month. Discounts do not stack in the same month.
When a group has at least 5 qualifying members, everyone in it gets group pricing. Free members stay free but can upgrade to Pro at NT$149. Existing Pro members switch to NT$149 on the next cycle. Max group price is NT$549. The offer continues monthly while the group qualifies. Not all five need to pay. If it drops to 4, you have 30 days to restore 5; after that, the next cycle returns to list price. Joining more than one qualifying group does not stack discounts.
They have formally joined the group, accepted sharing, and keep at least 10 searchable contacts in their library: a name plus company, title, industry, or region; not a duplicate; not archived. Email, phone, and private notes are not required. Signing up or importing once is not enough.
Yes. We automatically use the lowest price that month. Example: a qualifying group is Pro at NT$149; if you also bring a new paying connection that month, Pro is NT$99; after the connection month ends and the group still qualifies, it returns to NT$149.
Request deletion in account settings in the app, or email us—we will help verify and remove your account and related data.
